MamaPho’s speciality beef broth is simmered for 18 hours using traditional ingredients such as beef bones, ginger, burnt onion and an assortment of aromatic spices including star anise, cardamom and cinnamon.

Wok-fried Pho (Phở xào)

Phở xào is a stir-fried flat rice noodle (Pho) dish seasoned with MamaPho’s very own homemade sauce made from chilli, vinegar, garlic and an assortment of spices. After, it is tossed with a mix of fresh bean sprouts, chives, vegetables and eggs.

Dry Pho (Phở khô)

Phở khô or better known as ‘phở hai tô’ means ‘two bowls of Pho. A dry version of the popular Pho dish – the first bowl consists of dry homemade noodles tossed in a savoury sauce and the second bowl of savoury hot soup.
